Wildlife Stocking Program

This year, in working with the Suring Sportsman's Club, we were able to raise 100 game birds. On October 4th the pheasants were released by club members Gary Vizelka, Bob Richter, Bob Jandt, Earl and Mark Macha. The game fish are ordered and will arive early November. $5000 of Walley and Perch will be stocked in Kelly Lake this fall. Happy Hunting and Fishing!

All hunters, please pick up all shell casings after you have finished hunting. These casings get caught in the farmers machinery at harvest time. Always ask permission before hunting on private land, and pack out what you pack in.

Annual Yancy Motorcycle Ride"

Saturday July 5^th 2008

Leaving from at 12:00 p. m.

(Corner of M & G in Hickory Corners, 1 mile west of Kelly Lake)

Registration from 10-11:30.

Troop 1035 (Gillett Area) Boy Scouts will be selling food & refreshments prior to the ride.

Upon registration, you will be given a map of the route. Ride with the group, or at your own pace. There will be 3 stops, the last being Klaus Lake Sports Bar & Grill on Hwy 32 north of Gillett where there will be a feast of food, door prizes, and DJ Jeff Hertwig, included with your $10.00 per person donation to be given to charity.
